Rewarding loyalty to CMV customers

The Columbus Club is the new CMV customer loyalty scheme.

Since Marco Polo set sail on her inaugural Cruise & Maritime Voyages cruise to the West Indies in January 2010, we have carried an incredible 165,000 passengers. In just four years, the rapid growth of CMV has been a remarkable feat largely down to our regular customers. Nearly 45% of our guests are repeat CMV cruisers and so we want to reward that loyalty with a special Club and a range of exclusive benefits.

Customers who qualify for Gold, Platinum or Diamond membership will receive a welcome pack with full details of the Club including a membership card, lapel badge and nautical log book.

Details of how you qualify, the tiers of membership and the applicable benefits and rewards are detailed on the Club Benefits page. The benefits became available from all sailings departing from 1st January 2010.

We very much value the support of our trade partners and the full range of Club benefits will also apply when booking a CMV cruise through one of our many travel agent or tour operator partners.
